Christ the Light

Description

Derek created this beautiful arrangement based on two 16^th Russian carols. It is melodic and filled with expression throughout with the addition of handchimes adding a rich texture. Time signatures vary between 4/4 and ¾  with several rit. and a tempo sections. One or all of the optional instruments may be added as you choose. Although it is based on a Christmas carol, this work could be used any time – in worship or in concert with the alternate title Winter Light.
