Level: 3 for 3 -6 octave version

Winner of the 2019 Area 3 Composition Contest, “Free Fall” is an energetic original composition for either 2-3 or 3-6 octaves of handbells. Each version is unique and stand-alone and makes for a pleasing and self-contained song in its own right, but when combined with the other part (such as in a massed festival setting), the whole becomes more than the sum of its parts. The piece also carries the subtitle “Rejoice and Be Glad” for use in sacred settings. This is one sure to excite your audiences and ringers alike!  Please note: the audio files are recordings of the five-octave version only.
