Little Drummer Boy – Quartet

Description

Here is a wonderfully crafted ensemble arrangement of the favorite Christmas song. The first verse is presented with the bass accompaniment using the echo technique to simulate the soft drum effect. The second verse, using optional chimes, moves the melody into the “alto” range while the high treble bells ring a soft obbligato. Verse three changes to a more dramatic malleted accompaniment. Quartet parts are notated by stem direction and a bells used chart is also provided. Each ringer will need a copy unless they wish to share.

Ensembles must purchase the number of copies needed to rehearse and perform this work.
