Here is a fresh and exciting setting of the hymn tune BEECHER that is sure to be that perfect piece for a special celebration or worship service. The main theme is nicely established from the beginning but immediately, the creative style of this work appears featuring rhythms and a variety of perfectly placed techniques which add excitement, all the time maintaining the familiar hymn tune.  A variety of moods are created by tempo and dynamic changes leading to excited anticipation, introspection, and return to the main style of this work. Handchimes add to the lovely texture and style. Alternate bells such as optional P&F or Silver Melody Bells will add a brief bit of interest and a lovely, optional violin (or C-instrument) part is available.

This mostly rings a Level 3 but is rated as Level 4 due to Vivace and Presto sections near the end; several sections which include accidentals at a fast pace might prove to be a bit of a challenge for some Level 3 groups although it might be the perfect piece to stretch your group’s skills.
