Description
This distinctive arrangement of the hymn tune “Ebenezer” is set in 6/8 time, using a malleted eighth and sixteenth note pattern to accompany the traditional melody. There is a smoother contrasting section using handchimes ringing the melody and handbells providing an LV accompaniment. It then returns to the rhythmic texture of the opening segment.
