Peace Bells ~ Quartet

Description

This origin of this simple, lovely canon is unknown, but it has been around for centuries and used in a variety of formats. The lyrics translate to “Grant us peace,” – a prayer that is quite fitting throughout our lives – and world. Jane has adapted this beautifully for handbell quartet with the melody and countermelodies traveling throughout the range of the bells used. This is a lovely addition to your repertoire.
