Songs of Faith and Hope

Description

Two pieces have been combined in one publication. The songs may be performed separately or in sequence.  Song of Faith is based on the hymn tune “Olivet”  by Lowell Mason, and has been creatively and lovingly arranged in a calm, flowing and sustained style that invites prayer and introspection.

Song of Hope is an original work. It begins with an introduction to be rung “Freely, as if improvised.” The engaging and lyrical melody flows through various voicings throughout and the addition of handchimes is a perfect touch. Simply stated – this is a completely lovely piece.
