Description

 Take a standard ballad from the 1940’s, add a light jazz feel to the traditional rhythms with Ring Touches and the echo technique, and you have Paul Allen’s arrangement of this well known song. With syncopation and interesting harmonies throughout, this piece is an enjoyable addition to any concert. It is from the 1942 movie “Star Spangled Rhythm.”
