Vivir! – To be alive! The composition is the composer’s interpretive work to express the span of one’s life from pre-natal stages to the moment of death. His suggested choreography for the beginning and closing measures to help convey this theme to the audience is included. Set in the F lydian mode, which centers around the F but uses all white notes, this work is 86 measures.
