When I Survey the Wondrous Cross (Prins)

Description

This distinctive arrangement is quite unlike what people expect from this hymn. There is an unexpected intensity created with the sonorous Singing Bell technique. This is followed by an insistent pattern in the 3’s and 4’s (bass clef), finally ending in a plaintive solo melody line with vestiges of anguish via the random rings.
